How to cook Sweet potato Korokke (satsumaimo croquette)

Sweet potato Korokke is super delicious!!!

Ingredients for sweet potato Korokke

Satsumaimo (Sweet potato) 450g
Minced pork 200~250g
Onion 1/3~1/2
Flour
Panko
Egg 1

Recipe for Sweet potato Korokke

Cut the sweet potatoes.

Soak the potatoes into a bowl at least for 5 minutes.

Mince the onion.

.

.

Fry the onion and minced pork until they are cooked!

When the sweet potatoes are soft, crush them inside a bowl.

Add the minced pork and onion into the bowl and stir it.

Try to form the mix into round shapes.

Make them flat, a bit like the picture below

After that, cover the Korokke pieces gently with flour

Then soak them in an egg mixture.

And finally, cover them with Panko. (bread crumbs)

The last step should be frying them in a pan. (use your desired amount of oil, but not too little and not too much)

Flip the Korokke when the bottom side is cooked. (try no to burn them or burn yourself)
