Fish stock 1000ml
Egg 3
Cabbage 150g~
Octopus

Dried seaweed
Katsuobushi

Chop the cabbage.

Mix the fish stock and flour and eggs.

Pour the mixed batter inside the Takoyaki maker or Takoyaki plate.

Put the octopus in each container in the takoyaki maker.

Put the cabbage on top of it.

Add more mixed batter.

When the half bottom is cooked, flip them little by little.
